Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow... No wind and rain, please!

We are moving along through our AZ Standards. Your students have received Buckledown review books which review Reading, Writing, and Math standards. In Math, we are finishing up working with fractions. Most students have completed packets 2,3, and are working on packet 4 (working with mixed numbers in addition, subtractions, multiplication, and division).
We have also just completed our units on Egypt, Nature Cycles and Renewable/Nonrenewable resources.

Mr. Deyton will be offering Chorus on Friday afternoons from 2-2:45. If you would like to have your students participate they will be able to this year without having to stay after school or having to worry about transportation.
The weather has been very chilly in the mornings and the students need to have warm clothes to wear. Also, on Fridays please have your students wear shoes which are suitable to play basketball in.
